We work across healthcare, food & beverage, real estate, and personal branding, creating content tailored to each client's audience and brand. Our services include social media management, content strategy, content production, personal branding, and digital growth.

We currently work with a range of clients including dermatologists, dentists, restaurants, and personal brands.

Role Description: The Freelance Short-Form Video Editor at Skaylr Media will be responsible for editing engaging short-form video content from raw footage and provided briefs.

The work will include selecting and trimming clips, creating robust pacing and flow, adding captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other visual elements where required, and preparing final exports for social media.

The editor will work closely with our team, follow creative references and client brand guidelines, incorporate feedback and revisions, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

This is a freelance, long-term opportunity,



with remote work. Candidates preferably based in Mumbai are preferred.

Qualifications:

- Strong video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing previous short-form video work (Reels).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is required.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions and engaging short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, visual elements and colour correction is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative briefs and references.
- Good communication, time management and ability to handle feedback and revisions.
- The quality of your portfolio and editing skills will be the main criteria for selection.

Selection Process: Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a short test edit as part of the selection process.
