TRIGG is looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support our ongoing hiring requirements.

TRIGG is an influencer marketing agency, and we are specifically looking for recruiters who understand the influencer marketing, creator economy, social media and agency ecosystem.

This is not a general recruitment requirement. We are looking for recruiters who already have experience sourcing talent for influencer marketing agencies, creator-focused companies, digital agencies or closely related businesses.

Responsibilities

Understand each position, its responsibilities and approved hiring budget.

Source candidates specifically relevant to our influencer marketing agency requirements.

Source through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, existing networks and other relevant channels.

Conduct initial candidate screening.

Verify relevant experience, current employment, notice period, current compensation and expected compensation.

Check requirements such as laptop availability, location and working-hour availability where applicable.

Ensure candidates fit within the approved compensation budget before recommending them.

Coordinate assessments or sourcing tests where required.

Schedule shortlisted candidates for final interviews.





Follow up with selected candidates through successful joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers and keep candidate statuses updated.

What We’re Looking For

Previous recruitment, HR or talent acquisition experience.

Experience hiring within influencer marketing, creator economy, social media or agency environments is strongly preferred.

A good understanding of influencer marketing roles and responsibilities.

Existing networks of relevant candidates are highly preferred.

Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.

Ability to identify genuinely relevant candidates rather than forwarding generic marketing profiles.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work within predefined hiring budgets.

Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Freelance recruiters and independent recruitment consultants are welcome.

Compensation

This is a freelance, performance-based recruitment engagement.

Recruitment fees will be agreed per position/per successful hire before sourcing begins.

There is no payment simply for submitting CVs, generating profiles or scheduling interviews. Compensation will be linked to successful hiring/closure according to the agreed terms for each position.

We have ongoing hiring requirements, so recruiters who consistently provide relevant candidates and successful closures can continue working with TRIGG across multiple positions.
