Role Description The Freelance Blogger role is a full-time remote position responsible for creating engaging, informative, and user-focused blog content that supports PInterview’s mission of improving interview preparation. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, interview techniques, and career development topics, and turning these insights into well-structured blog posts, guides, and thought leadership articles.

The blogger will optimize content for web readership, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with SEO best practices. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams is expected to plan content calendars,



refine messaging, and promote blog content across digital channels. The role also involves updating existing articles, incorporating feedback from editors and subject matter experts, and maintaining a consistent, professional tone aligned with PInterview’s brand.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging blogs for diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct thorough Research on interview preparation, career development, and related topics to create accurate and valuable content.
- Experience as a Blogger, including managing posts, adhering to editorial guidelines, and working with content management systems.
- Basic understanding of Marketing principles, including SEO, audience targeting, and content promotion across digital channels.
- Excellent command of written English and strong attention to detail, including grammar, structure, and readability.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, meeting deadlines, and managing a consistent content pipeline.
- Familiarity with interview processes (e.g., campus placements, tech interviews, HR rounds) or career coaching is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
