Job Role: Franchise Operations Executive / Manager

- Manage the daily operations of franchise outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor outlet performance and prepare regular operational reports.
- Conduct regular franchise visits, inspections, and audits.
- Train and guide franchise staff on operational procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams for smooth business execution.
