- Centralized tool and MCP server management with security and lifecycle controls

We are looking for a; Founders Office who will work closely with the founders and FDE leadership to drive strategic initiatives customer engagements and execution across the organization
This is a highly cross-functional role spanning customers engineering product and business strategy You will work on some of TrueFoundry's most important and ambiguous problems and help turn strategic priorities into execution **What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founders and FDE leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with FDE engineers on enterprise customer engagements technical challenges and deployments
- Understand customer problems and translate them into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering
- Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities to improve TrueFoundry's product and platform
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with Product Engineering Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure customer priorities are addressed effectively
- Build processes and operating mechanisms that help the FDE organization scale efficiently
- Track critical initiatives identify bottlenecks and drive teams toward resolution
- Prepare business reviews analysis and decision-making material for founders and leadership
- Support strategic customer conversations and help drive key enterprise initiatives
- Take ownership of special projects that require speed judgment and cross-functional execution
- Act as a key bridge between the Founders Office FDE Product Engineering and GTM teams **What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in consulting strategy product solutions engineering business operations engineering or a similar high-ownership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably with technical teams enterprise customers and senior leadership
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to completion
- Ability to quickly understand technical products customer requirements and business context
- High ownership strong judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work across functions rather than operate within a narrow job scope **Good to Have
- Experience working with AIML cloud infrastructure Kubernetes developer platforms or enterprise SaaS
- Experience in a Founders Office Chief of Staff Consulting Product Solutions Engineering or FDE workplace
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
