INDIAN SCHOOL OF MOTION

Role : Founder's Office Intern- Community & Growth, AKA: Growth & Community Intern.

Reports to : Founders, Location : Bangalore (in office)

Duration : 6 months, with a real shot at converting to a full-time role.

Stipend: Up to ₹50,000/month, based on the ownership you show.

Review cycle: Appraisal review after 3 months followed by conversion review after 6 months for full-time.

About Indian School of Motion

Indian School of Motion (ISOM) is building India's top 1% community of motion designers. We currently run a 12-week launchpad for professional video editors who want to up skill and become AI motion engineers, alongside an animation & production studio producing animated SAAS launch videos & brand films for startups and agencies. We hold ourselves to the same bar we ask our students to meet: real craft, real outcomes.

ISOM is co-founded by two BITS Pilani engineering graduates (Somrat & Divyansh) who've scaled early-stage startups, worked inside big tech, and built personal YouTube brand (165K) backed by 50+ sponsors — including Adobe, Logitech, Wispr Flow, Topview AI, etc. This isn't secondhand knowledge we're teaching. It's what the founders do, every day.

The Opportunity

This isn't a fetch-coffee internship. We're hiring in the Founder's Office for someone who wants to build something from scratch and own what they build. You'll work directly with the founders, get thrown into real problems from week one, and grow your scope as fast as you can prove you can handle it.

If you do this well, there's a clear path to a full-time offer at the end of six months. Having said that, you do not need to know everything on day 1 but there should be an intent to learn

What You'll Own — Day One

- Manage the ISOM community across free and paid tiers — engagement and support
- Run the free-to-paid conversion funnel, working with the founder on offers and messaging, then executing and iterating on your own




- Administer the no-code learning portal — our self-branded app — including content uploads, student access, mobile app building, design and troubleshooting
- Run the 10 AM daily stand-up on ClickUp and keep the content team's sprint cycles on track
- Support sales conversations for the program, turning community interest into enrollments

Who We're Looking For

- A recent graduate ( Upto 1 year of experience ): We care more about recent-grad energy than corporate polish
- Your CGPA doesn't matter to us — your ownership does
- You want to build and own outcomes, not just execute a task list
- You're comfortable running a daily stand-up and holding a team accountable to a sprint board — or you'll pick this up fast
- A genuine interest in video editing or motion design is a strong plus — you'll work daily alongside some of the best editors and motion designers in the industry
- You communicate clearly and directly, in writing and in person
