About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional to work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives. This role is specifically suited to someone who has previously built, co-founded or operated a startup and understands the realities of execution, ambiguity, resource constraints and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects from problem definition to execution.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct research, analysis and prepare recommendations for leadership.
- Track business performance and follow up on critical action items.
- Identify operational gaps and independently drive solutions.
- Support new business initiatives, partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Prepare management presentations, business cases and decision-support material.
- Act as a key execution bridge between the Founder and operating teams.

Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements





- BBA/MBA from an IIM or other top-tier B-School.
- Prior experience founding, co-founding or operating a startup is strongly preferred and should be clearly demonstrated.
- Exceptional ownership, execution and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong communication, business judgement and ability to operate independently.
- Candidates who have previously run a startup, built a venture, managed a business unit or taken a venture from idea to execution are particularly relevant.
