Company Description: Digitomics is an early-stage startup building an AI-powered technology cost intelligence platform that helps companies see and cut waste across their four biggest technology bills - Cloud, AI, SaaS, and Telecom. Most companies waste 25-30% of this spend without realizing it, and typically need four separate tools just to see it.

Digitomics brings this into one place, using AI agents that find the waste, explain it, and, with permission, fix it. The company runs a go-to-market across three regions - founder-led sales in India, a self-serve product in the US, and a data-sovereignty-led approach in Europe - and is currently working through a live seed fundraise. Team members here work directly with the founders, take ownership early, and get exposure to the kind of strategic decisions most people don't see until much later in their careers.

Role Description: Digitomics is hiring two Founder's Office Associates to work directly with the founders on its ongoing fundraise. One associate will own the story - building the investor deck, managing the investor pipeline and data room, and preparing materials for every investor conversation.

The other will own the numbers - building and maintaining the financial model, defending the market sizing and unit economics, and keeping competitive intelligence current for investor diligence. Both associates will work as a pair, in close coordination with the founders,



on a live raise where the work has a direct bearing on the outcome. This is a remote, part-time commitment of roughly 25-30 hours a week, with an immediate start.

Qualifications:

- Robust analytical and research abilities, with comfort building or defending detailed financial models and market sizing (for the numbers-focused role), or sharp writing and storytelling ability for investor-facing materials (for the story-focused role)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication for decks, investor updates, and follow-ups
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders, including investors, and staying composed under scrutiny
- Strong organizational skills to manage a live pipeline, data room, and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Proficiency with standard productivity and spreadsheet tools; prior exposure to IB, VC, consulting, or a founder's office is a plus
- Currently studying at or a recent graduate of an IIM
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment

Compensation These are unpaid roles, as Digitomics is pre-funding - stated upfront rather than in fine print. In place of a stipend, associates are eligible for cash bonuses tied to fundraise milestones (agreed in writing), ESOP for strong performers, a fast-tracked pre-placement offer into the company's first paid team, a certificate and letter of recommendation, and weekly mentorship directly from the founders.
