Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences across restaurants, banquets, and room service whichever area or outlet will be assigned.

Responsibilities include monitoring service standards, managing menus and promotions with culinary leadership, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.



The Food and Beverage Executive interacts regularly with guests to handle feedback, resolve service issues, and build repeat patronage. The role also involves supporting inventory control, cost management, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless hospitality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, with experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage guest interactions and team coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills or a good understanding of food preparation standards to collaborate effectively with kitchen teams.
- Relevant experience in hotel or resort environments, particularly in a supervisory or executive F&B; role, is preferred.
- Formal education in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and basic cost control practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to lead diverse teams in a high-demand environment.
