We are a growing Farsan & Namkeen manufacturing brand looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our market reach. The primary responsibility will be identifying, appointing, and managing city-level Distributors, Wholesalers, and Bulk Buyers to drive sales volume.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build solid relationships with customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distributor Onboarding: Identify and appoint new city distributors and wholesalers for our Farsan products.
- Market Expansion: Visit local retail markets, kirana stores, supermarkets, and sweet shops to generate demand and pull-orders for distributors.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distribution networks.
- Payment & Order Collection: Timely booking of orders and ensuring smooth payment collection from the channel partners.
- Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily market feedback to management.

Requirements:

- Experience:



1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in snacks, namkeen, or bakery items is a huge plus).
- Network: Pre-existing relationships with local food distributors and wholesalers in the target city.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a smartphone.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: per month
- Allowances: Travel allowance for business trip
- Performance Bonus: Attractive sales-based incentives/commissions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
