Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive month-on-month revenue growth on Flipkart.

- Maintain 100% listing fill rate across active SKUs.

- Maintain green account health with zero violations.

- Keep returns below the platform threshold.

- Plan and manage Flipkart advertising campaigns for optimal ROAS.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.

- Submit weekly performance reports to the MD.

- Identify recent product listing and visibility opportunities.

- Handle Flipkart seller support communication and escalations independently.

Job Requirements:

- 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce or related field (catalog management).

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry standards.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in creating detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications.
