Roles and Responsibility / Duties to be Performed:-

- Supervise & lead a team of fire fighters and other emergency personnel.

- Provide Guidance, mentorship and training to sub ordinates.

- Establish & enforce Dept. & organisation polices, procedure and safety standards.

- Conduct performance evaluation and address personal issues as necessary.

- Respond to emergency calls and lead firefighting and rescue operations.

- Coordinate resource, such as personnel, equipment and vehicle.

- Conduct inspection of plant to ensure compliance with fire codes & regulation.

- Identify and address potential fire hazard and recommend corrective action.

- Develop and implement fire prevention programmes.

- Develop and delivers training programs for fire fighters and employees, workers & emergency personnel.

- Conduct fire drill to ensure readiness and improve response capabilities.

- Ensure periodical inspection / checking / monitoring of fire safety equipment, & maintain record & documentation of fire incident & others fire service related data.

- Ensure IMS & 5-S documentation preparedness, implementation, updating at workplace.

- Manage Budget &
- Resources efficiently.

- Participate in meeting, committees and others administrative task as required.





- To maintain the all spare related to maintence of fire safety & emergency equipment.

- To ensure & provide the Manpower for standby duties near PTW job.

- Establish and Maintain positive relationship with community &

- Government authority. Take fire NOC for the company.
