The Finishing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing day-to-day civil finishing activities and workers at the project site. The role requires ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules while achieving daily work targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study and understand construction drawings.
- Supervise putty, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, doors, windows, railings, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
- Supervise finishing activities from commencement through final handover.
- Check workmanship and materials as per approved specifications.
- Manage manpower and ensure assigned daily work targets are achieved.
