Role Description The Finishing Manager is responsible for overseeing all finishing operations for apparel production in an on-site, full-time role based in Noida. This role includes planning and managing daily finishing schedules, supervising finishing teams, and ensuring that products meet quality standards before dispatch.

The Finishing

Manager coordinates with production, quality, and logistics teams to align finishing activities with delivery timelines and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring workflow efficiency, troubleshooting issues on the floor, optimizing resource usage, and implementing process improvements that support ethical and sustainable practices. The role requires hands-on oversight of finishing processes such as ironing, trimming, packing,



and final inspection to ensure consistency and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Control, with the ability to ensure finished garments meet required standards and specifications.
- Strong Project Management capabilities to plan, organize, and track finishing activities and timelines.
- Experience in Production Management, including supervising teams and optimizing finishing workflows.
- Background in Construction or industrial operations management, with familiarity in structured processes and safety protocols.
- Relevant safety management training such as SMSTS or comparable certifications, with a focus on safe, compliant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in garment finishing or apparel manufacturing, ideally in a high-volume, export-oriented workplace.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in using production tracking or ERP systems.
- Commitment to ethical practices, sustainability, and continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.
