What you will do:
- Handle companyprovided leads.
- Connect with existing customers through calls/digital/walkins and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to direct channel growth.
- Follow all company policies, compliance norms, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduation mandatory.
- 1 Years – 5 years experience in Sales / Insurance / BFSI preferred.
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills.
- Goaloriented and customerfocused mindset.
