? About the Internship

As a Financial Planning Analyst Intern, you will assist in analyzing financial information, preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring business performance, and supporting financial planning activities. You will gain practical exposure to how organizations use financial data to plan resources and make informed business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and business data.
- Compare actual financial results with budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and analyze significant financial variances.
- Assist in tracking revenue, expenses, costs, and profitability.
- Support the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Assist with financial models and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key financial and business performance indicators.
- Work with different teams to collect financial information and planning inputs.
- Perform data validation and accuracy checks.
- Support senior team members with financial research and analysis.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial planning data and reports.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of finance, accounting, and business concepts.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work with financial data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of financial statements is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial modelling is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop financial analysis skills.
