Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery and implementation of enterprise SaaS and digital adoption solutions
- Understand customer requirements, business processes, and software workflows
- Assist in configuring and maintaining solutions across enterprise applications
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot product, workflow, and configuration-related issues
- Collaborate with technical, product, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver effective solutions
- Analyze user and business requirements and help translate them into actionable technical or functional solutions
- Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployment activities

What's Makes You a Great Fit

- 0+ years of experience; fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or project experience are welcome
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in SaaS, enterprise technology, digital adoption, and business applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to understanding issues
- Ability to learn new software platforms, technologies, and business processes quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
