Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA)

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls for our office operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in utility-based or asset-heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, or Electricity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor reconciliations

3. Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings,



perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

5. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
6. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards
7. Analyze financial data and suggest cost-saving improvements

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter / CMA preferred)

Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience

Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Mining / Water / Electricity / Utilities sectors preferred

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems
