About the Role

VocSkill Educational Private Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom training in finance and banking-related subjects. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students through practical, industry-oriented sessions and preparing them for careers in the BFSI sector.

The role requires a candidate who can conduct engaging offline classes, simplify financial concepts, and mentor students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver offline classroom training in Finance, Banking, BFSI, and related subjects.
- Teach concepts including banking operations, financial services, accounting fundamentals, investment basics, financial products, and customer relationship management.
- Conduct practical and interactive training sessions using real-world case studies and industry examples.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, activities, and practical exercises.
- Mentor and guide students to improve their subject knowledge and employability skills.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and academic documentation.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams for curriculum delivery and student readiness.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in the banking and financial services industry.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, MBA (Finance), M.Com , or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable conducting full-time offline classroom sessions in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Trainer, Faculty, Lecturer, or BFSI Professional.
- Experience training college students or fresh graduates.
- Knowledge of employability and interview preparation for BFSI roles.
- Industry experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial services will be an added advantage.
