Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

The Finance

Manager will prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitor spend against budgets, and provide insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. They will manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies, coordinate audits, and maintain accurate documentation.



The role also involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve financial controls, and support growth initiatives in a dynamic digital and data-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid accounting skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and compliance, including knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with finance and accounting tools, such as Excel, financial modeling, and ERP or accounting software.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present financial information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field are required; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
