Role Description The Finance Intern role at Industry Ready Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the maintenance of accounting records.

Day-to-day tasks may include working with financial statements, helping with budgeting or forecasting exercises, and contributing to internal documentation and spreadsheets.



The intern will collaborate with team members, participate in discussions on financial performance, and help ensure accuracy and consistency in financial information. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to core finance and accounting activities in a structured learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and familiarity with Financial Statements.
