Role Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support informed business decisions. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, managing taxation aspects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The position requires collaboration with internal teams to align financial objectives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance processes
- Knowledge of taxation, cash flow management, and risk management principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
