Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Finance Intern based in Bhubaneswar.

The Finance

Intern will assist with reviewing and analyzing financial data, supporting the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, and helping with basic accounting entries and reconciliations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and organizing financial information, assisting in budgeting or forecasting tasks, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting internal documentation and record-keeping. The intern will collaborate with team members, communicate findings clearly,



and contribute to process improvements while gaining exposure to core finance and accounting practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support financial decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand financial concepts and business performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Financial Statements, including basic preparation, review, and interpretation of key reports.
- Candidates should possess Accounting skills, such as understanding debits and credits, ledgers, and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with team members, and document work clearly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work responsibly in an on-site team environment are expected.
