Elevar Sports (www.elevarsports.com) is a fast-growing sneaker & sports athleisure brand. You'll work closely with leadership to build our core financial statements and design reporting systems that power data-driven decisions across every department.

### What you'll work on (Core Focus):

- ? Financial Modeling & Reporting: Building, updating, and automating core financial models, including P&L; (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- ? Cross-Departmental Dashboarding: Creating dynamic reports to streamline tracking across Operations, CS, Marketing, Marketplaces, Tech/CRO, and Product Feedback.
- ?️ Marketplace & E-Commerce Analytics: Tracking multi-channel performance metrics (Amazon, website sales, inventory turn rates, and ad spend efficiency) to spot growth opportunities and cost leaks.
- ? CRO & Customer Insights Tracking: Analyzing web conversion rates, user drop-offs, product return patterns, and customer feedback to optimize user experience.
- ⚡ Process Optimization: Evaluating departmental workflows to eliminate manual tracking bottlenecks and automate repetitive spreadsheet reporting.

### Who this role is for:

- ✔️ Mastery of Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, dynamic arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, and clean dashboard design)
- ✔️ Academic focus / interest in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Business Operations
- ✔️ Highly analytical mindset with a obsession for turning raw data into clear, actionable metrics
- ✔️ Sharp attention to detail—accuracy in numbers and financial modeling
- ✔️ Curious about startup unit economics, D2C e-commerce metrics, and multi-channel scaling
- ✔️ Passionate about sneakers, sports, fashion and/or startups is a big plus
