Roles and Responsibilities

1. System Administration & Maintenance

- Support system administration and maintenance to ensure:
- System performance, stability, and reliability.
- Consistency of the data model across all business units and Finance processes.
- Effective management of system dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata structures.

2. System Usability & Data Quality

- Ensure ongoing system usability by:
- Running centralized data loads.
- Onboarding new users and managing role changes.
- Monitoring data quality and workflow execution.
- Coordinating troubleshooting activities, including resolution of data quality issues.

3. Reporting & Business Requirements

- Ensure the application remains aligned with reporting processes and business requirements by:
- Collaborating with regional Finance stakeholders to understand financial reporting and analysis needs.
- Acting as a bridge between end users and the OneStream operational team for change requests.
- Translating business requirements into system changes and enhancements.
- Coordinating requests for new cube views, reports, and dashboards.
- Creating cube views, reports, and dashboards following central approval.
- Managing mapping clarifications and required adjustments.

4. Continuous Improvement & Enhancement

- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the OneStream platform by:
- Identifying opportunities for ongoing platform optimization.
- Supporting enhancements to existing developments.
- Assisting with the implementation of new modules, such as Planning and Management Reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation.

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management





- Manage regional stakeholders and collaborate with external vendors by:
- Acting as the central regional contact for OneStream-related topics, particularly for SSCs in India and China.
- Coordinating change requests with external partners and implementation consultants.
- Supporting training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the regional and global user community.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with CPM/EPM systems, preferably OneStream, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Hands-on project management experience is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global MNC environment.

Technical Skills

- Good understanding of core Finance processes and consolidation logic.
- Strong affinity for digital tools, process improvement, and automation.
- Experience with workflow management and reporting tools/dashboards is preferred.
- Understanding of financial data models and data integration concepts is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and reliability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Solid stakeholder management skills across different Finance levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
