You are the company’s eyes in the field. You commission the stations, you run acceptance testing with real farmers and pilots, you check what the telemetry says against what the ground says, and you capture the evidence that two signatures rest on. No station opens without your signature on its scripts.
Key responsibilities
- Run the published commissioning scripts in person, on site, with evidence — no step may be signed remotely
- Measure the real boundary of at least ten blocks with a handheld device against the computed polygon
- Time the geofence breach alert with a stopwatch — the published number is one you measured
- Recruit real farmers for acceptance sessions, and recruit past the minimum, because runs are voided by rain and by withdrawn consent
- Spot-check at least one flight per station per week against the logs
- File any field-reported defect with steps, screenshots and logs within four hours
- Countersign the acceptance runs and file their evidence folders
Eligibility
- One to three years in quality or support
- Fluent Tamil — speaking, reading and writing
- A two-wheeler and a valid licence, and willingness to travel across districts
- Comfortable around drones, batteries and field kit — not an expert, but not nervous either
- Bug-report discipline: steps, context, evidence and timestamp, every time
- Patience with checklists, and the alertness to notice when a checklist is itself wrong
What you get
- The remote pilot certificate sponsored for the stronger of the two seats
- Company accommodation in Erode during the posting, a proper travel allowance paid on a schedule rather than on claims, and scheduled rest days
- The QA Lead on site twice a week, not on a call
How the process runs

- We read it ourselves. Every application is read.
