Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems, batteries, and related power-conditioning equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test Online UPS, Offline UPS, and related power equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS faults, battery issues, PCB problems, alarms, and electrical failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer locations.
- Conduct battery testing, health checks, and replacement activities.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with the service team and manufacturers for major technical issues and spare parts.
- Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, testing equipment, and company materials.




- Follow electrical safety procedures and company service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in UPS, inverter, battery, electrical, or electronics servicing.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical testing instruments.
- Knowledge of SMF batteries and battery banks is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
