Job Title: Field Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive – SaaS (Salon Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, driven Field Sales Specialist to drive merchant acquisition for SpeedUpSalon—India’s AI-native salon management and booking software. In this role, you will do ground sales, pitch directly to salon owners/managers, demonstrate our platform (featuring automated scheduling, WhatsApp marketing, staff commission tracking, and cash reconciliation), and close subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

- Merchant Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to premium and mid-tier salons, spas, and grooming studios across target territories in Delhi/Bengaluru.
- Product Demos: Deliver live, compelling product demonstrations on mobile/tablet showcasing feature sets (AI assistant Arya, WhatsApp reminders, Tally export, and queue management).
- Pipeline Management: Map out high-density salon hubs, build local lead lists, conduct cold walk-ins, and manage end-to-end deal cycles.
- Onboarding Support:



Assist new salon partners through the initial 60-second setup, staff roster entry, and service catalog import.
- Market Insights: Feed local competitive feedback (e.g., pricing, objection patterns) back to the product and growth teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales, direct sales, or merchant onboarding (SaaS, point-of-sale, food tech, or salon/wellness industry experience preferred).
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English and local languages (Hindi for Delhi; Kannada/Hindi for Bangalore).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable pitching software features and using CRM tools.
- Mobility: Must own two-wheeler transportation for daily local travel within the city.
