Field Sales Executive

Role Summary The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by meeting prospective customers, promoting the company's products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for minimum 1 year to 3+ years of experience in field sales who are passionate about achieving sales targets and building a successful sales career.

? Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and prospective clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Present and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily visit reports.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

? Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- minimum 1 year to 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
