Manage Mobiles is a complete management app for mobile phone retailers and dealers. It helps businesses manage second-hand mobiles, brand-new phones and accessories from one place.

The app helps shop owners manage inventory, purchases, sales, IMEI records, customer details, invoices, payments, profit tracking, reports and other day-to-day shop operations.

Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to visit mobile shops, demonstrate Manage Mobiles and onboard retailers to the platform.

Responsibilities

- Visit mobile phone shops and meet shop owners
- Explain and demonstrate the Manage Mobiles app
- Understand the shop's current business and record-keeping process
- Help retailers install and start using the app
- Onboard shops and help them add their initial inventory
- Demonstrate features for new phones, used phones and accessories
- Follow up with dealers during their free trial
- Convert trial users into paid customers
- Maintain daily visit, onboarding and follow-up reports
- Build strong relationships with mobile retailers and dealers
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the team





Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting shop owners
- Hindi communication required
- Own bike/two-wheeler preferred
- Smartphone required
- Sales or field-sales experience preferred
- Experience in mobile shops, telecom, mobile accessories or retail sales is a plus
- Freshers with good communication, confidence and a willingness to learn can also apply
