About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate B2C leads and identify potential customers for our Aluminium, Windows & Doors products in the Raipur market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2C leads through field visits and local market activities.
- Identify and meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate quality leads and follow up regularly for conversion.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
- Explore new local areas and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily sales/field visit reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales-related targets.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.




- Two-wheeler/Bike with valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Basic Computer knowledge with MS Office.
- Basic understanding of the Construction / Building Materials industry preferred.
- Sales / Field Sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good knowledge of Raipur local market/areas.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Good customer interaction and relationship-building skills.
- Rapid learner, self-motivated and target-oriented.
