Position : Field Recruiter (Assiocate/Biker/Blue Colour/Rider Hiring)

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12th or Degree graduate preferred 6 Months to 4 Years of experience in Recruitment.
- Experience in field recruitment, specifically with blue-collar hiring.
- Experience in Blue colour, Associate/Picker & packer/biker or delivery rider hiring is a plus.
- Owning a bike is usually preferred for field activities.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to recruit blue-collar workers, such as delivery bikers.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Handle documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Monitor current hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
