Job Summary

Probitas Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and energetic Field Executive Outdoor / Document Support for our Fort Branch.

The role involves regular outdoor travel for document pickup, submission and delivery between our Fort Branch, Wadala Head Office and various insurance companies / business locations across Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

- Daily reporting at the Fort Branch.
- Carry documents between Fort Office and Wadala HO.
- Pickup and delivery of documents from/to insurance companies.
- Submit and collect official documents as per business requirements.
- Obtain acknowledgement / receiving for submitted documents wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of documents collected and delivered.
- Coordinate with the Fort and Wadala teams for daily document requirements.
- Visit insurance companies and other business locations as assigned.
- Ensure safe and timely handling of confidential company/client documents.
- Report any delay, issue or unsuccessful delivery immediately.
- Support basic office/admin activities whenever required.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 13 years of experience in field work, document collection, delivery, office support, courier, banking, insurance or similar roles.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred due to the nature of regular outdoor field work and local travel.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic English reading and understanding.
- Smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Maps knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai routes / local transportation.
- Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
- Comfortable with regular outdoor travel across Mumbai.

Location Preference Candidates residing in or around Fort, Churchgate, Colaba, Marine Lines, CST/CSMT, Masjid, Byculla or South Mumbai will be preferred.

Important

This is NOT a sales / target-based position.

The role is primarily focused on document pickup, submission, collection and delivery.

Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates will be preferred.
