Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghorawal. This role involves supervising and guiding a team to meet daily operational targets, ensuring adherence to company processes and quality standards.

The Team Lead

Manager will allocate tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support team members in resolving issues. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing regular reports on productivity and key metrics,
