Role Description The Field Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Jamnagar. The individual in this role will visit distributors, retailers, and end customers to promote GSFC products, collect market feedback, and ensure proper product positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field surveys, organizing farmer and dealer meetings, monitoring stock availability and display at outlets, and supporting local sales campaigns.

The Field

Executive will prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.



The role also involves coordinating with internal departments for order follow-up, resolving customer queries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with farmers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and marketing abilities, including product promotion, relationship building, and field-based customer service.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in maintaining records, preparing field reports, and using basic office software.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to understand market trends, identify customer needs, and suggest practical solutions.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, chemistry, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant field experience in fertilizers, agrochemicals, or FMCG will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Jamnagar region, work independently in the field, and adapt to varying rural and semi-urban environments.
- Knowledge of local markets and regional language, along with a valid driving license, will be beneficial.
