Job Role: Operations Executive

- Assist customers with SafeCloak digital locker operations.

- Help customers with locker booking, opening, closing, and pickup-related issues.

- Monitor locker operations and identify technical or operational issues.

- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

- Visit locker locations when required for operational support.

- Ensure lockers are available and functioning properly.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

- Report damaged lockers, faulty doors, display issues, power problems, and other operational concerns.

- Maintain proper records of locker-related issues and actions taken.

- Support the operations team during emergencies and urgent issues.

- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Required Skills





- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.

- Responsible and punctual approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel to locker locations.

- Basic technical understanding is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.

- Experience: Freshers can apply.

- Candidates with experience in operations, customer support, field work, or technical support will be preferred.

- Shift: Rotational Shift, including weekends and holidays.
