About the Role

Catalyst Education is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collections, payment follow-ups, records, and coordination with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student fee collection and payment follow-ups.
- Contact students/parents regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with students, parents, academic teams, and branch management.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper payment documentation.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Prepare collection and outstanding-payment reports.
- Follow up professionally while maintaining valuable relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team for payment reconciliation.




- Ensure timely updating of fee collection details in CRM/ERP systems.
- Handle student payment queries and resolve basic payment-related issues.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fee collection, accounts, finance, collections, customer service, or related roles.
- Experience in EdTech/Education is an advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work with collection targets and deadlines.
- Professional and polite communication with students and parents.
