- Manage all F&B; and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

- Management of employees by supervising works, assigning duties and scheduling duty norms.

- Establish and enforce a comprehensive set of food safety regulations both in kitchen and in the food service areas.

- Keeping track of inventory , supervising purchases and preventing leakages

- Ensure proper grooming of services boys and girls. Regular training on service standards

- Responsible for optimised production volume growth ,cost , prevent leakages and thereby increasing profitability

- Responsible for managing food quality, upholding menu standards, prepare a number of special diet for the patients which means keeping a wider variety of supplies and food stuffs in the inventory.

- Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.

- Arranging food for patients, bystanders and other customers on time.

- Arrange food for Doctors meetings and other hospital functions as per expected standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of the department and the quality of the food.





- To meet patients' complaints regarding the quality of the food. Minimize the number of customer complaints. Prevent late services, missed diet and wrong diet.

- Being polite and friendly with patients, bystanders and all customers.

- Schedule staff hours and assign duties.

- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food in order to ensure the food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.

- Responsible for staff training and development; ensure hygienic living conditions.

- Must have a complete knowledge of fire procedure, water supply and drainages.

- Prescribe and allot diet food for patients. Work closely with nutritious and delicious to plan and prepare both special and regular menus in the hospital

- Preparing and monitoring tube feed diet and different therapeutic diets. Make sure that the meals are both tasty and nutritious

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
