: Location: Naraina Village, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month Experience: 3+ years (preferred) Workplace: Women-led factory with all-female staff About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Factory Executive to manage day-to-day factory operations along with handling e-commerce order processing. The role requires solid computer skills, coordination abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth workflow between production, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities Manage and update staff attendance records Supervise production progress and maintain stock entries Handle e-commerce orders (processing, tracking, coordination) Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and deliveries Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy Create and maintain daily/weekly reports using MS Excel Handle basic software/system troubleshooting Coordinate with factory team,
