Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Factory Supervisor to supervise day-to-day factory operations, production activities, manpower, quality, material usage, and timely completion of retail fixture and fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of retail fabrication, carpentry, painting, installation, and shop-floor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory production and fabrication activities.
- Plan and allocate work to carpenters, fabricators, painters, helpers, and other factory workers.
- Ensure production targets and project deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor fabrication of retail fixtures, displays, counters, furniture, kiosks, and shop-fitting elements.
- Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams.
- Monitor material availability and ensure optimum utilization of materials.
- Check workmanship, dimensions, finishing, and overall quality before dispatch.
- Identify production issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, machinery, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate loading, dispatch, and installation requirements with the concerned teams.
- Ensure workers follow company safety procedures,



PPE requirements, and factory rules.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Track machine breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and production delays.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site teams during installation or rectification work whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in factory supervision, retail fabrication, furniture manufacturing, or shop-fitting.
- Experience in retail fixture production and fabrication will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, fabrication, painting, polishing, and related production processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
- Strong manpower handling and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of production planning and material management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

Preferred Experience Experience working on retail stores, airport retail, luxury brands, commercial interiors, kiosks, counters, displays, and shop-fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,370.43 - ₹62,192.32 per month
