They are urgently looking for Factory Manager to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing plant Near Vasai / Palghar

Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Manpower management, Process Improvement, & overall Plant Efficiency. The candidate should have strong leadership skills & hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with significant experience in a managerial role.
- Previous experience , in Machine shop with High-Precision CNC Machining, Forging, Casting, Pressure Testing, & strict Quality Compliance
- Strong experience in plant management, production, quality & manpower

handling.
- Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

practices.
- Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments & handle operational challenges

independently.
- Experience in labor management & conflict resolution will be preferred.
- Strong communication & team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall functioning of the manufacturing plant, including Production,

Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR & Man Management.
- Plan & Monitor production activities to ensure timely completion of targets &

optimum utilization of resources.
- Develop & implement SOPs & standard processes across manufacturing

functions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO procedures,



safety regulations &

company policies.
- Take overall responsibility for Quality Control & ensure products meet the

required quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency & cost optimization.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure proper functioning & preventive

maintenance of machinery.
- Manage & monitor manpower requirements, attendance, discipline, productivity

& workforce-related issues.
- Handle labor-related matters & maintain a positive & productive work

environment.
- Resolve inter-departmental conflicts & ensure smooth coordination between

departments.
- Monitor plant performance through KPIs, MIS & regular operational reviews.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean / Six Sigma practices where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety & regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with senior management & provide regular updates on production,

quality, manpower, maintenance & plant performance.
- Identify operational risks & take corrective & preventive actions.
- Lead & motivate the plant team to achieve production, quality, delivery &

efficiency targets.

- Can you enforce strict Environmental, Health, & Safety procedures for high-pressure testing, material handling, & machining ?
- Can you Oversee inventory levels for work-in-progress (WIP), raw metals, & finished fittings to prevent bottlenecks?
- Do you know , how to Control operating budgets, monitor manufacturing costs, & drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) initiatives?
