We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage and oversee our Soft Services operations, including Housekeeping and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day housekeeping and security operations.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment at assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and security standards.
- Handle client coordination, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and grooming.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for manpower requirements and replacements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:

- Experience in Facility Management / Soft Services is mandatory.




- Experience in handling both Housekeeping and Security teams.
- Strong team management and client coordination skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and handle operational challenges.
