We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A; / FAO Specialist to support financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations. The role involves working closely with the reporting manager and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights, support monthly close processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards such as US GAAP and IFRS. The candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement, while contributing to team-based delivery of financial information to business stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Robust understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)
- Expertise in financial analysis & reporting
- Hands-on experience with variance analysis and financial modelling
- Good knowledge of month-end close processes
- Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- B.com /MBA (Finance) preferred
