Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (12 hrs, Day/Night)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication operations for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures at our client site in Loni, Indapur, Pune. The ideal candidate will manage production, quality control, and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination with client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fabrication activities and ensure production targets are met
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently across shifts
- Conduct QC checks on all fabricated work prior to dispatch
- Identify and report rework/rejection issues to management
- Obtain client approvals for ongoing work and collect updated drawings
- Coordinate with client's Production, QC,



and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate records: attendance, production/quantity, QC approvals, material receiving/dispatch, and tools/equipment/consumables
- Ensure PPE compliance and conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT)
- Maintain discipline and safety standards among deployed labour
- Support material reconciliation and project closure activities
- Report daily progress and site issues to management

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in PEB/structural fabrication supervision.
- Robust drawing-reading ability and QC knowledge.
- Good communication skills for client-facing coordination.
- Willingness to work rotational day/night shifts.
