Role Description The Eye Hospital Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure productive, patient-focused service at the New Delhi facility. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, managing schedules, and coordinating patient flow to maintain high standards of care and safety.

The Center

Manager monitors administrative processes, manages budgets, supports procurement, and ensures compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols. The role involves resolving patient concerns,



maintaining strong relationships with doctors and partner organizations, and supporting initiatives that improve operational performance and patient experience.

The Center

Manager also contributes to reporting, data-driven decision-making, and implementation of best practices across the hospital.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hospital Management and Practice Management skills to oversee operations, workflows, and compliance in a clinical setting.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills and basic financial acumen to manage costs, resources, and operational efficiency.
- Relevant experience in healthcare administration, hospital or clinic management, or eye care services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using hospital information systems and standard office software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage change, and uphold high standards of patient safety and quality care.
