- Preparing Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents.

- Emailing shipping documents to buyer and Submitting to the bank.

- Preparing Shipments documents and coordinating for freight process.

- Booking containers with shipping Lines, freight forwarders

- Negotiating freight with shipping line and freight forwards

- Preparing BL Draft as per LC or as per Customers information.

- Submitting required documents to CHA and fulfilling the process required by customs and shipping line.

- Co-ordinating with agents to receive of final BL.

- Arranging transport and booking from shipping line for timely placement of containers to the plant.

- DGFT related matters (like earlier DEPB, Advance Licence including Deemed Exports, EPCG , Export House formalities etc. )

- Handle Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Cargo LCL or FCL. (Factory stuffing or Dock Stuffing)

- Preparation of Monthly & Weekly Shipping Lines Data .
