Job Title: Export Documentation Executive – International Trade Operations

Experience: 3–8 years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and coordinate shipments across international markets. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and comfortable working with banks, freight forwarders, CHAs, and overseas buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify complete export documentation: Proforma & Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary/Fumigation certificates, and Insurance documents
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensure strict compliance with LC terms, and coordinate document negotiation with banks
- File Shipping Bills and manage compliance on ICEGATE, DGFT, and eBRC portals
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking, container stuffing, and timely dispatch
- Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities, including EPCG/Advance Authorisation and RoDTEP/Duty Drawback claims
- Track shipments, resolve documentation discrepancies,



and maintain accurate records and MIS reports
- Communicate with overseas clients on order status, documentation requirements, and payment terms

Requirements

- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in export documentation and international trade operations
- Sound knowledge of Incoterms, LC/DA/DP payment terms, customs procedures, and FEMA/DGFT regulations
- Strong MS Excel skills and excellent written English for client correspondence
- Graduate in Commerce/International Business; certification in EXIM/Foreign Trade is an added advantage
- High accuracy, ownership mindset, and ability to meet tight shipment deadlines
