Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.A. in English or a similar educational background and possess excellent verbal communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers/students, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and converting enquiries into successful admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students and explain our courses/services.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-up activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.





Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Confident and pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
- B.A. English is preferred/mandatory.
- Candidates from other graduation backgrounds may be considered if they have excellent English communication skills.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Admissions Counselling, Business Development, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.

- Fluent and confident in spoken English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good at explaining information clearly.
- Persuasive but polite while communicating with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Presentable, qualified, and energetic.

Salary 12000 - 18000
