ABOUT THE ROLE

Yash Tubes & Fittings Co. is looking for an engineering-oriented B2B Sales professional who can generate new industrial customers, qualified RFQs and orders for tubes, fittings and allied industrial products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, IndiaMART and direct calling.
- Approach Purchase, Engineering, Maintenance and Project teams.
- Understand basic technical requirements and generate qualified RFQs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up consistently to convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop customers across Pharma, Chemical, HVAC, Food, EPC and Engineering industries.
- Maintain daily Lead, RFQ, Quotation and Sales tracking reports.
- Conduct customer visits and meetings when required.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industrial customers.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Instrumentation.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Technical / Industrial Sales preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial tubes, tube fittings,



instrumentation and allied products.
- Strong lead-generation, follow-up and order-conversion ability.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and IndiaMART.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

KEY REQUIREMENT

We are looking for an engineering-oriented B2B sales professional who can:

Identify Prospects → Connect with Decision-Makers → Understand Requirements → Generate RFQs → Submit Quotations → Follow Up → Convert Orders

Candidates with experience in industrial products, tubes & fittings, piping, instrumentation, pneumatics, engineering products or technical B2B sales will be preferred.
