What role will you play?

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to enhance Macquarie Capital’s Salesforce platform. You’ll work within an established design and delivery framework alongside colleagues across Australia, the United States, the Philippines, and India. In addition, you will support and improve the production environment to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable Salesforce solutions.

What You Offer

- 4-9 years of strong Salesforce development experience with hands-on expertise in Apex (Triggers, REST, Batch), Visualforce Email Templates, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with a solid understanding of the platform’s capabilities and constraints.
- Proficient in modern development practices, including SFDX/SF CLI, package manifests, Git version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Ability to understand,



manage and contribute to platform upkeep activities – like monitoring jobs, logs, and responding to risk, audit & governance items in collaboration with vendor resources, and SMEs from other areas of technology
- Highly collaborative and efficient working with QA team to help replicate issues, that are unique to production environment, while continuously learning new technologies beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
